Sparkling Aperol Flip
Flip cocktails can be traced back to the late 1600's when people drank beer mixed with rum, sugar, and...stay with me...RAW EGGS! Like I said, stay with me. The addition of a raw egg white to a "flip" cocktail creates a light, frothy drink that is super delicious. Decide to try something new with me and gather the following ingredients:
- 1 oz Aperol
- 3/4 oz. fresh Lemon juice
- 1 Egg white
- Champagne (I love Prosecco) to taste
